Learn how to repay your borrowed assets and withdraw your collateral.

Repayment Process & Collateral Withdrawal

Note: You can first repay and then withdraw assets or both process at once. Here we are going to repay and withdraw at once.

1. Navigate to the Repay section in the Market details page

2. Enter the repayment amount

3. Confirm the transaction

Step 1: Navigate to the Repay section in the Market details page and enter the amount you wish to repay and withdraw collateral

Step 2: Review the repayment details and collateral withdrawal details

Step 3: Approve the token for first-time use

Step 4: Review and confirm your repayment & collateral withdrawal transaction

Step 5: Confirm the repayment & collateral withdrawal transaction

Step 6: After the repayment & collateral withdrawal transaction is confirmed, you will see the updated position details

Note: Ensure all borrowed assets are repaid before withdrawing collateral to maintain a healthy position.

Important Considerations

• Ensure sufficient liquidity is available

• Monitor your Health Factor regularly to maintain a safe borrowing position

• Consider adding more collateral or repaying debt if your Health Factor approaches dangerous levels
